We are a group of volunteers offering Southwater residents transport to the doctor, dentist, optician, hospital or other appointments in Southwater or Horsham. We also help with shopping in Southwater and we also do social visits.

The aim of SNN is to help ease the feelings of isolation and maybe loneliness for some.
